Aevum Jewelled Creations Co. is very customer focused. We want you to be happy
with every purchase
you make from us. Please feel free to contact us about
any concerns or comments you have about your order.
Refunds/Return Policy
In the unlikely case that you chose to return an item, we will happily accept items
that are free from sizing or other alterations,
without signs of wear or tear, and
with original tags attached. Please contact us to let us know you are returning
a piece you ordered. Normally, our jewelry can
be just returned in the same packet it arrived in and costs less than $3.00 at the
post office.
(Please make sure to ask for proof of delivery.) You have 30 days to drop it in the mail,
plenty of time.
Purchases that meet all
criteria will be refunded in full to the original form of payment, excluding shipping,
handling, and any additional insurance charges if any.
Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the originally purchased item.
Should your piece arrive and has been damaged by the mail delivery company, we will
be happy to replace, repair or refund the cost of the item. We will need to
be notified with 48 hours of delivery by phone (515) 778-6326 OR
(515)
274-2446 that your piece was damaged in transit.
We will make arrangements by phone for the replacement, repair or refund of the
piece. The damaged item will need to returned to us. After initial arrangements
are made by phone,
you have 14 days to drop it in the mail.
Privacy Policy
At Aevum Jewelled Creations Co, we respect our customers and understand
that you are concerned about privacy, so we've instituted policies intended to ensure
that your personal information is handled safely and responsibly. We respect
your privacy and will not sell or
give your name, address, email, or any other information to any third party companies.
We do maintain an internally produced marketing email that goes out once a month.
That email allows you to hear about our latest designs, online sales, specials and often provides
our online coupon codes. If you wish to not receive those emails simply send
us an email through our site requesting this.
Shipping Policy
All our pieces are shipped through providers that offer confirmed delivery.
Most packages will be sent out priority mail. Special shipping arrangements
can be requested at the time of ordering, but may carry additional fees. Items
generally ship withing 1 business day of receiving the order, unless size alterations
or other customization are requested.
